We have been shipping crickets since 1947, so we know a lot about shipping crickets and worms all over the world!
Armstrong's guarantees live delivery if the following conditions are met:
- the customer signs for the package upon delivery
- UPS Next Day or FED EX Priority is chosen at checkout
You must call our office (1-800-345-8778) the day your order is received to report a dead on arrival shipment.
We will replace your order of crickets or worms if your delivery is dead on arrival. Armstrong's does not refund shipping costs for dead on arrival insects.
Even though we do our best to ensure your insects arrive fresh and lively, we cannot control what happens once they leave our facility. Many things can happen to your order - packages can get crushed or bent, the insects can sit in a cold or hot truck longer than expected, or they can be lost in transit. We suggest having your order of live insects shipped to your place of work if you will not be present to receive them at home.
There is no Live Delivery Guarantee on worms during the months of June-August.
